What exactly is 3DCarWallArt?
3DCarWallArt is our boutique online brand dedicated to transforming legendary sports cars into limited-edition, three-dimensional wall sculptures. We design each piece in-house, then hand-craft it layer-by-layer (21 precision-cut layers, to be exact) so that the car’s silhouette, interior lines and mechanical details spring to life inside a museum-grade frame. In short: we don’t just sell car posters—we create collectible 3D artworks that let you hang automotive history on your wall.
Are these official products from Porsche, Lamborghini, etc.?
No. We are an independent art studio. All third-party car names and logos belong to their respective owners, and 3DCarWallArt is not affiliated with or endorsed by any automobile manufacturer.
Can I customise my artwork?
Absolutely. You may choose custom colours, add carbon-look or leather passe-partout mats, or supply reference photos for special details (e.g., licence-plate number, racing livery).
How long does production take?
Because every piece is built to order, production usually takes 2–4 weeks after final design approval. Complex customisations may take longer; we will confirm your estimated completion date by email.
How long does shipping take?
Once your artwork is finished and approved, we ship via insured courier. Delivery to most destinations takes 7 business days or less, subject to customs clearance.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. If your address is in a remote area, contact us for a personalised freight quote.
Will I have to pay import duties or VAT?
Possibly. Prices on our site do not include VAT, GST or customs duties. Your local carrier will contact you for payment of any import charges before delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions use TLS encryption, and we never store full card details on our servers.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because every 3DCarWallArt piece is custom-made and personalised to your specifications, different rules apply compared with mass-produced items:
- Before we start production: You still have a right to change your mind. Email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will cancel and refund in full.
- After production has begun: Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the usual 14-day “cool-off” period does not apply to customised goods. Similar exemptions exist in most countries. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once cutting or painting has started.
- If the piece arrives damaged or defective: Notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund at our expense.
We email you a final mock-up before production. Please review it carefully—changes after approval may incur extra cost or extend lead-time.
How limited is each edition?
Each design is limited to 500 numbered pieces worldwide. Once an edition sells out it is permanently retired.
How big are the artworks?
The standard frame size is 43.5 × 37 cm (≈ 17 × 14.5 inches). Custom sizes may be available upon request.
How should I care for my artwork?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colour vibrancy.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Simply contact us before (or immediately after) placing your order and we’ll arrange premium gift packaging and an optional handwritten note to suit the occasion.
What languages does your support team speak?
