1. General Information:

The website https://3dcarwallart.com (the “Site”). The brand name “3DCarWallArt” refers to the Company’s commercial division dedicated to luxury 3-dimensional automotive wall art.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) the expressions “3DCarWallArt,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to our Site; “you” and “your” refer to the customer.

2. Eligibility:

Purchases may be made only by (i) natural persons aged 18 or older with full legal capacity or (ii) duly authorised representatives of legal entities. By ordering you confirm you satisfy these requirements and that all information provided is true and complete. We do not knowingly process orders from minors.

3. Ordering Process:

Orders are placed exclusively through our secure checkout. Before payment you will see an order-review screen that allows you to identify and correct errors. Clicking “Place Order” submits a binding offer to purchase. We acknowledge receipt by email; acceptance occurs only when we issue a dispatch confirmation or, if earlier, debit your payment method. We reserve the right to decline any order.

4. Prices & Taxes:

All prices on the Site are displayed in euros (EUR) by default exclusive of any value-added tax (VAT), goods-and-services tax, customs duties or brokerage fees. 3DCarWallArt, does not collect or remit VAT, sales tax or GST in any jurisdiction. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place): you are responsible for all import taxes, duties and clearance charges levied by the destination country.

If you view prices in another currency, conversion is based on the mid-market rate plus the payment processor’s margin; your card issuer may apply additional fees. Shipping costs—where they can be calculated in advance—are shown separately before you commit to purchase. If your location requires a manual freight quotation, we will provide the exact cost in writing for your approval before dispatch.

5. Payment:

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer through PCI-DSS-compliant gateways employing SCA. Your chosen method will be charged upon acceptance of your order. We never store full card data on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery:

Because every 3D Car Wall Art piece is handcrafted to your specifications, production lead-time varies. We therefore provide (i) an estimated production window and (ii) an individual shipping quotation after your design has been approved.

Delays. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspection, carrier disruption, strikes, pandemics or other force majeure circumstances. We will keep you informed and arrange alternative solutions where feasible.

Production time. Once we receive your final design approval and payment confirmation, we will issue an estimated completion date by email. Typical production currently ranges between two (2) and four (4) weeks, but may be shorter or longer depending on complexity, materials and workshop capacity.

Dispatch. When your artwork is finished, we will email you photographs for final confirmation. Upon your approval we will arrange insured shipping via a premium carrier. Transit to most destinations takes seven (7) business days or less, but exact timing depends on the delivery address and customs formalities.

Costs & duties. Shipping costs, insurance and—where applicable—import duties or VAT will be quoted in the dispatch email and must be settled before shipment. If we collect EU VAT under the IOSS scheme, this will be clearly stated; otherwise you remain responsible for local taxes on import.

Risk & title. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery at the address you provide.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers):

If you reside in the European Union you may cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery without giving a reason. Notify us by email or our standard form. You must return the goods at your cost within fourteen days of notice. We refund only the purchase price, you must pay return freight, insurance and any customs charges.
Exemption: This right does not apply to customized or personalized artworks (this includes signed and numbered pieces).

8. Returns & Refunds (Non-EU):

Customers outside the EU may request a return within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the artwork is undamaged and in original packaging. You must pay return freight, insurance and any customs charges. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within (14) business days of inspection. Custom-designed pieces are non-returnable unless defective (this includes signed and numbered pieces).

9. Warranty:

Each artwork is warranted to conform to its description and be free from material or workmanship defects for one (1) year from delivery. This statutory warranty complements mandatory consumer rights. If a defect arises, contact us; we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion. Exclusions include damage from misuse, alteration, accidents or normal wear.

10. Limitation of Liability:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising out of any contract shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or reputation.

11. Intellectual Property:

All content on the Site—including our original product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and the “3DCarWallArt” brand name—is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The names Porsche®, Lamborghini®, Ferrari®, Jaguar®, Honda® and all other automaker names, models and logos referenced on this Site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. 3DCarWallArt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any automobile manufacturer. Our artworks are original artistic interpretations intended for personal decorative use and are not official products of, nor licensed by, those trademark holders.

No content from the Site—including product images and descriptions—may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Purchase of an artwork conveys no right to reproduce or commercially license the depicted vehicle design or any third-party trademark.

12. Data Protection (GDPR):

Your personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and, where applicable, UK GDPR. We process data to fulfil your order, handle payments, comply with legal obligations and—if you consent—to send marketing communications. Legal bases: contract performance (Art. 6 (1)(b)), legal compliance (Art. 6 (1)(c)) and consent (Art. 6 (1)(a)). Data may be transferred outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (Art. 46). 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These Terms and any contract between you and us shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Bangkok, Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection statutes of your country of residence.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or the sale of our products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute-resolution procedures before consumer arbitration bodies.

14. Changes to These Terms:

We may amend these Terms periodically. The version displayed on the Site at the time of your order applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where legally required, communicated by email.

15. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
